Seeking Change???

In therapy or with your coach, you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

The process guides, supports, and builds tools for understanding and navigating life’s challenges.

But it’s through real-world experiences that individuals put what is learned into practice.

We have to stumble and make mistakes to aid the process of change. Therapy alone doesn’t do this, the person has to live in the world.

The combination of understanding intellectually and then acting and behaving and experiencing is what makes a person better.

For those willing to risk sharing with a therapist, coach, or mentor, and then working things out in a life lived, you chip away at old patterns, workshop new ideas, and build greater possibilities.

For change, it’s a dual process: Intellect plus experience.

You want to be different?
